The Public Grievance wing of the Department Receive and Monitors Applications from the members of the public as well as individual grievances and forwards the same to the concerned authorities for suitable redressal permissible under the Acts / Rules / Guidelines / instruction etc. of the Government. For prompt disposal of Public Grievances an initiative from Administrative Reforms & Training Department has been taken by the Government of Assam in the form of CPGRAMS. (Centralised Public Grievances Redressal and Monitoring System). Status of the grievance petitions forwarded to concerned department for redressal and those resolved by P & PG are well maintained.
